Tours may be organized for groups of from 1 to 10 people for 4 hours, all day, or for overnight and extended trips.
We have comfy cottages with kitchens and fireplaces available for extended stays
Marine mammal seasons- when are the big mammals here?
Srcas- Jan 30- 25 or 26 orcas in 4 or 5 maternal subgroups swam through Browning Pass, just after we finished a dive on Browning Wall- we spent 45 minutes -in sunshine- travelling the length of the pass with them- see "Guillermo Ferrero"s photos at http://pics.guillermo.ca/
Stellar sealions- year round, but especially abundant in summer & fall
Harbour seals- year round
Sea otters - year round, but especially abundant in late fall & winter
Dall's Porpoise- year round
Harbour porpoise- year round

Orcas - Year-round- abundant July through October- August and September are the peak!
White-sided dolphins- usually present August through March - September and October are the peak!
Sea Otters- year round March & April is a big peak!
Humpback whales- present May through October- August & Sept are the peak!
Minke whales- present May through September.
Grey whales- present May through September.
On our tours, in addition to whales, dolphins and other marine mammals, we often see black bears, deer and river otters along shores, numerous sea birds, and bald eagles at their nests and feeding areas year round.
